First SEO consultant “Rob Ousbey” and then “Alexia Tsotsis from TechCrunch” confirmed about “Live updates of Google search engine results pages while inputting characters. See the video here:

Google has confirmed to TechCrunch that the above video is in fact real.

Gabriel Stricker, a Google spokesperson said:

“At any given time we are running between 50-200 search experiments.”

Google uses the word “streaming” for this test, while others may call it instant search or incremental search.

If this would be the case then what about SEO’s? There will be so much trouble for SEO tactics. What do you say??? I would say, No Trouble. They’ll find a much better solution for this complex problem. Hahaha…

Google has already stated that they:

Now-a-days, every online user knows about Google Adsense Program and wants to make full/part time earnings from it (such a popular product by Google). Today, I’ll discuss about Google Adsense future in my blog.

Recently, Google announced in their adsense blog of having more than “1 Million Adsense Publishers” (A huge list of publishers that Google have).

You also must hear about Adsense new ads layout though only some of you noticed it. Google is experimenting with it’s new adsense ads layout. Publishes, on whose networks, these new layout ads are running, earning a lot better because these ads more like website inside stuff instead of a ad of third party website.

I noticed a thread of WebMasterWorld about Adsense future. The next thing that arise in my mind what will be future of Google Adsense program in next 5 years? Will they capture the rest of publishers or it’ll be difficult to survive in the market?

No mention of whether or not they plan on providing an API for third-party developers to integrate the service.

Google announce this news through Official blog post says their service is not a standalone offering – at least for now.
Today, I got a mail from Google Analytics with an annoucement that they’ve added 7 more rich features in Google Analytics. With these features users will be able to get quicker insights, create deeper customizations, do more advanced analysis and track more mobile marketing! These features are rolled out on every server.

Probably, you’ll be already aware of 1 or 2 features. Check out the features details:

Custom Alerts: As the subpart of “Intelligence” tab, custom alerts monitors data patterns over daily, weekly and monthly periods. Significant changes in data trends and insights you may not have noticed are surfaced directly in your account. You can create your own Custom Alerts that monitor your selection of dimensions and metrics that can be sent by email or displayed in the Intelligence reports.

Expanded Goals – 20 Goals Per profile: Now you can track even more conversions by creating up to 20 goals per profile. Measure user engagement and branding success on the site with Time on Site and Pages per Visit goals.

Expanded Mobile Reporting: Google Analytics has expanded support for mobile websites and tracking for iPhone & Android mobile applications tracking. Adding server side code to your PHP, JSP, PERL, or ASPX mobile websites enables you to track non-Java-Script enabled phones. You’ll also be able to see breakout data on mobile devices and carriers in the new Mobile reports in the Visitors section.

Unique Visitors Metric: Now you know the exact number of unique visitors in your Custom Report or Advanced Segments. You can select Unique Visitors as a metric against any dimensions in Google Analytics.

Advanced Analysis Features: Dive deeper into your data with Pivoting, Secondary Dimensions, and Advanced Table Filtering features. These combined features enable you to perform in-depth, on the fly data analysis within your account.

Share Advanced Segments and Custom Report Templates: Share the URL link for an Advanced Segment or Custom Report with anyone who has an Analytics account. Wow! Cool feature. Sharing the link will automatically import the pre-formatted template into the person’s account. Ability to share or hide your Advanced Segments and Custom Reports by profile is also available.

Multiple Custom Variables: Custom variables provide the power and flexibility to customize Google Analytics to collect the unique site usage data most important to your business. Define and track visitors according to visitor attributes (member vs. non-member), session attributes (signed in or signed out), and by page-level attributes (viewed Sports section). Use custom variables to classify any number of interactions and behaviors on your site.

Try all these features and let me know your views. Remember, you can post your queries as well…. All the best!

Hi, This is my first post on eMarketinGuide. While I was thinking about my 1st post topic, suddenly, I got invitation from Google Wave (I heard, a lot of people are getting invitation today). I tried all my tricks and hacks to use the Google Wave so below mentioned are the overview and few tips that will be useful for new & advanced users:

Wave launched on 30th September’09. In one line definition “Google Wave is a real-time communication platform“. It combines various aspects of email, instant messaging, wikis, web chat, social networking, and project management. You can bring a group of friends or business partners together to discuss how your day has been or share files in short conference.

So now no need to install Gtalk or Gmail small apps on your desktop, and no need to open blogger or Gmail on separate browser tabs. Google Wave is the one stop solution for all above mentioned needs.

Here’s the 10 mins overview about Google Wave by Google team:

In order to use Google Wave effectively, you need to learn few definitions and here they’re:

Wave: A wave, specifically, refers to a specific threaded conversation. It can include just one person, or it can include a group of users or even robots (explained below).

Wavelet: A wavelet is also a threaded conversation, but only a subset of a large conversation.

Blip: Even smaller than a Wavelet, a Blip is a single, individual message. It’s like a single line of an IM conversation.

Document: It refers to the content within a blip. This seems to refer to the actual characters, words, and files associated with a blip.

Extension: An extension is a mini-application that works within a wave. These are the apps within Wave. There are two main types of extensions: Gadgets and Robots.

Gadgets: A gadget is an application users can participate with, many of which are built on Google’s OpenSocial platform.

Robots: Robots are an automated participant within a wave. They can talk and interact with users and waves. They can also provide information from outside sources like Twitter.

Embedded Wave: An embedded wave is a way to take a Google Wave and the conversation within it and place it on your website. Users could use this as a chatroom, as a way to contact you, or for something more.

And now few secret tips for Google Wave:

To list only unread waves in your inbox use the search ‘is:unread in:inbox’.

Google Wave Use Cases.

Use spacebar to read through un-read blips.

Double-click anywhere a wave to reply or edit is my fave.

For a comprehensive list of wave robots and gadgets visit http://sites.google.com/site/gwaveextensions/.

CTRL + Space to mark the whole wave as read.

Google integrates web search into Waves, which opens up the possibility for a real-time collaborative search.

Reply where appropriate. Where your reply lives can be as important as what your reply says.

All these stuff are Just a Preview, however lot more to come…

Google Wave actually has its own lingo – yes, you have to learn a few definitions if you’re going to really understand this new communication platform. Having knowledge of these terms will help you understand more about Google’s newest project.

- Wave: A wave, specifically, refers to a specific threaded conversation. It can include just one person, or it can include a group of users or even robots (explained below). The best comparison I can make is that it’s like your entire instant messaging (IM) history with someone. Anything you’ve ever discussed in a single chat or conversation is a wave.

- Wavelet: A wavelet is also a threaded conversation, but only a subset of a larger conversation (or a wave). It’s like a single IM conversation – a small part of a larger conversation and a larger history. Wavelets, though, can be created and managed separately from a wave.

- Blip: Even smaller than a Wavelet, a Blip is a single, individual message. It’s like a single line of an IM conversation. Blips can have other blips attached to them, called children. In addition, blips can either be published or unpublished (once again, it’s sort of like typing out an IM message but not yet sending it).

- Document: A document actually refers to the content within a blip. This seems to refer to the actual characters, words, and files associated with a blip.

- Extension: An extension is a mini-application that works within a wave. So these are the apps you can play with while using Wave. There are two main types of extenisons: Gadgets and Robots

- Gadgets: A gadget is an application users can participate with, many of which are built on Google’s OpenSocial platform. A good comparison would be iGoogle gadgets or Facebook applications.

- Robots: Robots are an automated participant within a wave. They can talk with users and interact with waves. They can provide information from outside sources (i.e. Twitter) or they can check content within a wave and perform actions based on them (i.e. provide you a stock quote if a stock name is mentioned).

- Embeded Wave: An embeded wave is a way to take a Google Wave and the conversation within it and place it on your website. Users could use this as a chatroom, as a way to contact you, or for something more.
